Delivery window

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment or WhatsApp confirmation. Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Metros are usually 3–5 days. Remote pincodes add a day or two.

Shipping charge

Flat ₹90 shipping pan-India — same fee for any order, any pincode, no minimum threshold.

Tracking & payment

Every dispatch comes with a tracking link by SMS and email. We send through reliable courier services — no fixed partner. Cash-on-delivery isn't offered; we accept UPI, cards, and bank transfer.

Outside India

We don't ship international at the moment. If you're asking for a gift that needs to travel abroad, reach us on WhatsApp — we'll work something out.

Damaged-only policy

Returns are accepted only on damaged material, within 7 days of delivery. The same rule applies to both stitched and unstitched pieces — there is no separate window for size or change of mind.

How to raise a claim

Open the parcel on camera. If the piece is torn, stained, or has a fabric defect, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the piece is back with us.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. They can be redeemed across the full catalogue and split across multiple orders.

Because exchanges aren't part of the policy, we'd rather get the size right the first time. Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll guide you through the size chart.
